OUR MISSION
ALL STAR DANCE PREP
This is a home for aspiring pro dancers and returning veterans for pro dance teams. We provide weekly classes to help dancers train to make their dream teams! We focus on performance, power, and confidence. We want to see YOU shine and be the showstopper that is at auditions.
We have helped numerous dancers make their pro teams and it takes full commitment to the process physically and mentally. We know how stressful the road to auditions can be and we are here to help give you a supportive and motivating dance family to grow with.
MEET NICOLE
Nicole began her dance journey in high school doing competitive dance. She became a Houston Rockets Power Dancer in 2014 and made it on her second audition. She understands what it's like hearing the word no and what it takes to make your dream team. She performed at 450+ games and was Rookie of the Year, MVP, and was selected as the 2017 NBA All Star Dancer.
After retiring she continued to teach dance classes for fun. Over the years she found herself training dancers who wanted to go pro in Houston and ended up launching ASDP in January 2021. With her passion for helping others paired with her love for dance and her city, she loves what she does and is proud of the community she has built in Houston.
